2023 Town Hall Parent Meeting

Our Annual Town Hall Meeting is coming up on Saturday, February 4th at 10:00 AM in the Bernal Gym.
(6610 San Ignacio Ave, San Jose, CA 95119)

We are very excited to be able to be back In-Person for the Town Hall this year!!

This is a Mandatory Parent Meeting and AA, A, Tee-Ball & Pre-Tee Team placements will be announced.

Please arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 AM, as we will start promptly at 10:00 AM. (We expect to wrap-up around 11:30 AM)

In addition to Team Announcements, we will cover Parent's Role In STLL and Preview the upcoming season.

And....You will have an opportunity to purchase Opening Day Food Tickets & Discounted Opening Day Raffle Tickets.

Speaking of our Opening Day Raffle, we are still looking for donations for Raffle Baskets. Please email [email protected] if you or your company can provide a Raffle Basket item.

Finally, at Town Hall we will be collecting gently used Baseball clothing and Equipment for our Equipment Exchange program. Items collected will be sorted and be available for other families to re-use at our Opening Day Event.

The Town Hall is meant to be a Meeting for Parents Only. While we understand that in some cases, bringing your player along with you is unavoidable, we strongly encourage you to find a way to attend without them, even if this means that only 1 parent in a family can attend.
