2024 Town Hall Parent Meeting

Our Annual Town Hall Meeting is coming up on Saturday, February 3rd.

When:
9:00 AM: Pre-Tee, Tee-Ball, A, AA, 7-8 Softball
1:00 PM: AAA, Majors, Intermediate, Juniors, Seniors, 9-14 Softball

Where:
Herman Intermediate School Gym (5955 Blossom Ave, San Jose, 95123)

This is a Mandatory Parent Meeting and AA, A, Tee-Ball & Pre-Tee Team placements will be announced.

Please arrive between 30 Minutes early to find parking and Check-in (you must check in to receive 1 Volunteer Point) 

In addition to Team Announcements, we will cover Parent's Role In STLL and Preview the upcoming season.

Fingerprinting:  Verify Group will be on site from 11-2 for Volunteers who need to be fingerprinted
 All volunteers working directly with the player for more than 30 hours (Managers, Coaches, Team Parents, Umpires, Board Members) must complete a Fingerprint based Background check.  This is required ONLY 1 TIME during your time at STLL and is separate from the online JDP Background check that all volunteers must complete annually. 


The Town Hall is meant to be a Meeting for Parents Only.  While we understand that in some cases, bringing your player along with you is unavoidable, we strongly encourage you to find a way to attend without them, even if this means that only 1 parent in a family can attend.
