NOTES

• If using a Buyout Umpire, you must make payment arrangements directly with that Umpire prior to the game.
• The Umpires on the Buyout List have agreed to cover games when available for $60 per game (Plate or Bases).
• If both Umpires are under 18, and Game Coordinator is needed and must be arranged prior with the UIC.
•  (It is the responsibility of the party buying out the game to check to see if this is needed and reach out prior)
