2026 STLL Memorial Day Tournament

Memorial Day Tournament May 22-25

We’re excited to announce this year’s Memorial Day Tournament (MDT) is OPEN for AAA player registrations! Spots are limited and first come first serve so register now to secure your player’s spot! Registration Closes May 1 and teams will be formed May 3 to allow time for uniform ordering

11 year-olds and 8 year-olds who played in AAA this season are eligible to play in the MDT. Parents of eligible 8 and 11 year-olds must email [email protected] in order to register their player

Additionally, 10 year old players from Majors who ARE NOT playing on a District 59 Slugfest Team are also eligible.

Full Availability Is Mandatory. DO NOT REGISTER if you cannot play the entire weekend. This is a competitive tournament and it’s unfair to the families that do commit for players to show up for one game and then never again.

Registration Fee: This year there will be a fee of $50 to offset costs to the league.

Zero Balance Requirement: All families electing to play in this special tournament must have a zero balance on their account in order to participate. All registrations will be reviewed for account balance, and any registrations with an account balance will be frozen until the balance is cleared.

Volunteering Will Also Be Required: Teams will need to help with all gameday volunteering and Snack Shack shifts may also be required if we cannot fill them with league volunteers.

IMPORTANT: all Snack Shack shifts at the Memorial Tournament DO COUNT TOWARDS VOLUNTEERING POINTS CREDIT!

Sandlot Games

STLL 2026 Sandlot Games During Memorial Day Tournament

We’re excited to bring back the Sand Lot Games as part of our annual Memorial Day Tournament for players in the Farm, A and AA Divisions. Games take place on Sunday, May 24 at Bernal Intermediate AA Field. Cost is $20 and players will receive a Sandlot Game shirt

What is a Sandlot Game?

A Sandlot Game is a player-led, unstructured “pick up” style game. The kids make up the teams, make up the rules, umpire themselves, and just have fun. This is a can't-miss event full of energy, fun, and baseball magic for all of our young players

Calling All Chaos Coordinators

While these games are unstructured, they do require “adult” supervision. Enter our Chaos Coordinators. We need volunteers who will help make sure the games are run safely (no swinging of bats or throwing balls outside the field of play), and generally just keep things moving. Best of all, Chaos Coordinators earn their volunteering points! Without the Chaos Coordinators, we cannot play the games. So if you are willing, email [email protected] to step up to the plate.
