2026 Spring Challenger

Manager

The Manger leads the team through practices and games. Sets a practice plan consistent with the STLL Coaching Philosophy, runs practice drills, manages line-up and playing time. Assigns roles to Assistant Coaches and other Team Volunteers.

Assistant Coach Teach and demonstrate good sportsmanship. Understand and enforce all STLL rules, regulations, and policies. Attend mandatory coaching clinics. Advise team manager on game and practice strategy. Assist team manager as needed with team activities.
