Players Clinics

Spring Skills Clinics 2026

The season is in full swing, and to keep that momentum going, we will be hosting Spring Skills Clinics to help our players dial in their game. We are thrilled to announce that these sessions will be led by the pros from Anderson Baseball Academy, an STLL sponsor committed to bringing high-quality, professional instruction directly to our league.

NOTE: We will be limiting registration to one session per player to ensure as many players as possible can participate. Cost will be $10 per session. Registration will open soon via SportsConnect on a first-come, first-served basis, and we’ll send another email as soon as registration goes live.

March 22, 2026 – Fielding Clinic

Fielding Clinic

Players will work on defensive fundamentals and field awareness, including proper fielding technique, footwork, glove work, and throwing mechanics across infield and outfield situations. Drills emphasize clean fielding, accuracy, and confidence on defense.

10:00–12:00: Majors

12:30–2:30: AAA

March 29, 2026 – Hitting Clinic

Hitting Clinic

This session focuses on strong hitting mechanics and confidence at the plate. Players will build fundamentals around stance, swing, balance, timing, and approach through drills and live-rep opportunities. Emphasis is placed on consistent contact and developing solid hitting habits.

10:00–12:00: AAA

12:30–2:30: Majors

April 12, 2026 – Pitching & Catching Clinic

Pitching & Catching Clinic

A specialized session covering the fundamentals of both pitching and catching. Pitchers will work on mechanics, control, and arm care, while catchers focus on receiving, blocking, footwork, and throwing. The clinic emphasizes safe technique, consistency, and confidence in these key roles.
